How to utilize Email channel

Connecting Email

Admin Access Required

Enable Channel

  1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
  2. Select 'Messaging Services' section
  3. Flip the switch next to the  'Email'  banner 

    Add Account
  4. Click 'View Settings' in the  'Email'  section
  5. Click green  '+ Use Custom Email Domain'  button
  6. Add email details and click 'Confirm'
  7. A verification email will then be sent, the verification email will contain a link that you need to click on to fully authenticate the address.
    • Only one email can be added
