Billing
The billing section allows admins and users with access to configure your account and download invoices.

Subscription
Change
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Billing section
- At the top right of the page, click the Change Subscription button
- Activate the subscription plan you would like to change to
- Basic
- Premium
- Enterprise
Pause
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Billing section
- Scroll to end of the page and click Pause Subscription
- Fill out Resume Date
- Click Confirm
Cancel
To cancel your account, reach out to billing@cloudbeds.com.
Payment
Method
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Billing section
- Click the Add Payment Method
- Add Payment Details
- Click Confirm
History/Invoices
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Billing section
- Scroll to Payment History to select 3 dot icon to view / download invoice
