How to utilize company variables

Company Variables

Created by admins, all user have access.

Create

Delete

Create

1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
2. Select the Variable section
3. Click + Add Variable at the top right of the page
4. Create Label
5. Add Value
6. Click the save icon next to the red trashcan
   

Edit

1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
2. Select the Variable section
3. Click the pencil icon to edit label and value
   
4. Click the save icon next to the red trashcan
   

Send

1. While in an open message, select the Variable icon
2. Click Company
3. Select the Variable you wish to insert into your message
   

Delete

1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
2. Select the Variable section
3. Click the red trashcan icon 
4. Confirm action to delete variable
