How to skip guest from receiving an automated message

  1. Go to the Automation tab inside Whistle
  2. Select Automated Messages
  3. Click on the message you want to adjust or select the 3 dot icon and click view History

  4. Click Skip button on the right of the guest name to remove them from receiving
