- Click Create
- Create a Ticket
- Select Task, Checklist or Inspection
- Select Ticket Type
- Choose Assignee (optional)
- Add Description (optional)
- Click Save
- Notify Team Chat
- Select Channel
- Type your message
- Click Create
- Message Guest
