Whistle can integrate with your rezStream account via a recurring emailed report to facilitate automated messages to your guests.
Setup
Step 1: Add Whistle as a new user to your rezStream account
- Inside your rezStream account select the Configuration tab
- Click the Users section within your business
- At the top right corner click Add User
- Setup the user with the following information:
- Name: Whistle Integration
- Email: support@trywhistle.com
- Permissions: Reports > Reservations
- Click Save User
Step 2: Whistle completes the integration setup
- The moment you click save user, rezStream will automatically send an invitation to the Whistle team to access your rezStream account for scheduling a reservation report
- The Whistle team will log in to your account and subscribe to the unique reservations report
- NOTE: Because of the limited permissions provided in Step 1 when configuring the Whistle user, Whistle will ONLY have permissions to the reservations reports in your system which includes the one report that was built for the Whistle integration
- Whistle support will complete the integration connection
- Once enabled, a timestamp will be displayed next to 'Import Reservations by Email' banner of when we last received data from rezStream
- Contact support@trywhistle.com with any issues
