How to utilize Quore integration

Whistle can integrate with your Quore account to facilitate and automated requests, work orders or complaints to be dispatched and recorded.

Setup

1. Go to the Company -> Integrations section inside Whistle
2. Scroll down to Task Management Integrations and enable Quore
   
3. Whistle support team will reach out to Quore to confirm connection and complete the Quore Authentication Token
   • Reach out to Quore to confirm connection
4. Whistle support will complete the integration connection 
   • Contact support@trywhistle.com with any issues

Automate Task Dispatching

Create Quore tickets to be automatically dispatched when a request falls in the category; Service Request, Work Order, or Complaint.

Service Request

1. Go to the Automations -> Intent Action & Replies section
2. Select Service Requests section
3. Click the + (plus sign) next to Any Service Request - Category Fallback
   
   1. Message Sentiment: Any
   2. Action Type: Create a Ticket
   3. Request Type: Service Request
4. Click Save at the top right of page
   

Work Order

1. Go to the Automations -> Intent Action & Replies section
2. Select Work Orders section
3. Click the + (plus sign) next to Any Work Order Issue - Category Fallback
   
   1. Message Sentiment: Any
   2. Action Type: Create a Ticket
   3. Request Type: Work Order
4. Click Save at the top right of page
   

Complaint

1. Go to the Automations -> Intent Action & Replies section
2. Select Contact section
3. Click the + (plus sign) next to I have a complaint
   
   1. Message Sentiment: Any
   2. Action Type: Create a Ticket
   3. Request Type: Complaint
4. Click Save at the top right of page

Manually Create Ticket

1. Within a guest message, click the 3 dot icon to dispatch task
   
2. Select Create Ticket and click Service Request/Work Order/Complaint
   
3. Confirm ticket and task will be dispatched to Quore for another department to complete
   
   • Once you've created, task updates will automatically appear within the guest's conversation
