Whistle can integrate with your TRACK HS account to facilitate automated messages to your guests.
Setup
Step 1: Enable TRACK Integration within Whistle

Go to the Company -> Integrations section inside Whistle

Click the enable button next to the TRACK banner
Step 2: Create/retrieve server API keys in Track HS account
- Within your Track HS account go to Configuration -> Company Setup -> API Keys
Step 3: Enter API Keys into Whistle
- Within your Whistle account go to Company -> Integrations -> TRACK -> View Settings -> click +Add Connection and enter:
- Hotel Name
- Server Key
- Server Secret
- API URL
- All API endpoints will use the following form: https://.trackhs.com/api - replace with the TRACK customer subdomain name
Once enabled, a timestamp will be displayed next to TRACK banner of when we last received data from TRACK
