Whistle can integrate with your Oracle Opera Cloud account to facilitate automated messages to your guests.
Setup
- Email support@trywhistle.com the following Oracle Opera Cloud account information to start the integration process

Region: The region in which the hotel's OPERA Cloud environment is running
- Tenant/Chain Code: The hotel’s tenant code used to target the right tenant especially in OPERA Cloud environments that host multiple tenants
- Hotel ID: The OPERA internal ID of a hotel in the customer’s tenant

- Whistle will request an Oracle integration user
- Hotel/Company approves Whistle integration user
- Whistle support will complete the integration connection
- Once enabled, a timestamp will be displayed next to Oracle Opera Cloud banner of when we last received data from Oracle Opera Cloud
