How to utilize FCS integration

Whistle can integrate with your FCS account to facilitate and automated requests to be dispatched and recorded.

Setup

1. Go to the Company -> Integrations section inside Whistle
2. Scroll down to Task Management Integrations and enable FCS
   
3. Whistle support team will reach out to FCS to confirm connection and complete the authentication
   • Reach out to FCS to confirm connection
4. Whistle support will complete the integration connection
