How to integrate with Agilysys - rGuestStay

Setup

1. Go to the Company -> Integrations section inside Whistle

2. Click the enable button next to the rGuestStay banner

3. Whistle's support team will reach out to the rGuestStay team to confirm property connection

   1. Reach out to your rGuestStay representative to confirm and establish a faster connection

4. Whistle support will complete the integration connection 

   1. Once enabled, a timestamp will be displayed next to rGuestStay banner of when we last received data from rGuestStay

   2. Contact support@trywhistle.com with any issues

Guest

• Full Name

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Cell Phone -  Phone (if cell phone field is blank)

Reservation

• Reservation ID

• Room Number

• Arrival Date (mm/dd/yyyy)

• Departure Date (mm/dd/yyyy)

• Arrival Date (dd/mm/yyyy)

• Departure Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
