Whistle can integrate with your Revinate account to sync contact data collected from Live Chat.
About Integration
This integration will sync website visitor information (contact data) to your Revinate CRM.
When a website visitor starts a Live Chat and inputs their email their information will be synced over to your Revinate account for marketing emails.
Setup
In order for contact data to be sent to Revinate, your Live Chat widget must contain the following settings;
Enable Revinate CRM

Go to the Company tab inside Whistle

Select the Integration section
- Scroll to CRM Integrations and click enable next to Revinate
Your Live Chat widget must have a Start Chat Form enabled

Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

Select the Settings section
- Click Design
- Select Start Chat Form
- Make sure 'Disable Start Chat Form' is NOT enabled
Your Start Chat Form must have an email field

Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

Select the Settings section
- Click Design
- Select Start Chat Form
- Scroll down and click blue +Add Field button
- Complete Email Field information and click Confirm
Your Start Chat Form must have a Marketing consent checkbox field

Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

Select the Settings section
- Click Design
- Select Start Chat Form
- Scroll down and click blue +Add Field button
- Complete Marketing Consent Checkbox information and click Confirm
Add your Revinate token into Whistle

Go to the Company tab inside Whistle

Select the Integration section
- Scroll to CRM Integrations and add Revinate token
- To Find Revinate Contact List Token
- Login to Revinate
- Select Marketing
- Hover over Guests & Segments and select Contact Lists
- Select existing contact list or create new
- Select Existing
- Select Contact List
- Click 'Upload VIA API' button
- Copy Token to Paste into Whistle
- Select Contact List
- Create New
- Select Create Contact List
- Select 'I want to use the API' format, add list name and click 'Create List'
- Copy Token to Paste into Whistle
- Select Create Contact List
- Select Existing
- Login to Revinate
- To Find Revinate Contact List Token
Custom Fields
If you wish to add additional fields to your Start Chat Form and want those fields synced to Revinate, make sure Revinate has those fields added to be received.
- Login to Revinate
- Select Marketing
- Hover over Guests & Segments and select Contact Lists
- Select Existing Contact List
- Click 'Upload VIA API' button
- Scroll down and at the bottom left of the page click 'Add New Profile Field'
- Title the field the same as the Start Chat Form field and click 'Add'
