How to automate guest book

  1. Go to the Automation tab inside Whistle
  2. Select the Automated Messages section
  3. Click the message you want to update or select the 3 dot icon

  4. Click Edit
    Automated Message Video 2
  5. Scroll down to your message box and click Variables
  6. Select Whistle > Guest Portal Link
  7. Click Update

1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Automations

2. Click Automated Messages

3. Select Automated Message you wish to add the Guest Book link to

4. Select the 3 dot icon and click Edit

5. Scroll down and Edit your message

6. While in message, click Variable

7. Select Whistle

8. Click Guest Book Link

Step 8 image

9. Click Update

10. Update your message from Disabled to Enabled

11. That's it. You're done.
