- Select the Guest Chat Availability section
- Select availability Status
- Always Available
- Always Away
- Use Availability Schedule (add hours)
Add Hours
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Guest Chat Availability section
- Set Status to Use Availability Schedule
- Add Hours
- Everyday
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
Autoresponder Cooldown
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Guest Chat Availability section
- Under Autoresponder Cooldown, select the Time to wait before another message can be sent
Welcome Message
This welcome message is displayed when a visitor begins a chat session, suggested if users steps away from Whistle frequently.
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Guest Chat Availability section
- Add Welcome Message
- Click Save
Away Message
This away message is displayed when a visitor begins a chat session, and your availability or availability schedule is AWAY- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Guest Chat Availability section
- Add Away Message
- Click Save
