7 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company
2. Click the Guest Chat Availability section
3. Select the arrow under Status to update
4. Click Use Availability Schedule
5. Click Add Hours
6. Update Days/Hours
7. That's it. You're done.
