How to send a survey from reservations

  1. While in the Reservations tab

  2. Search for guest

  3. Select guest name

  4. Click Start Conversations
    Reservation Steps
  5. Select Survey
  6. Create survey question or click + Use Survey Template
  7. Click Next at the top right
    Reservation 2 Steps
  8. Recipients will be displayed to confirm, click Next
    Reservation 3 Steps
  9. Click Send Survey or Schedule
    Reservations 4 Step

 

10 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Reservations

2. Click the empty box to select the guest(s) you wish to send a survey

3. Click Start Conversations

4. Select Survey

5. Create survey question or click + Use Survey Template

6. Select Survey Template

7. Click Next

8. Confirm recipients and click Next

9. Click Send Survey or Schedule

10. That's it. You're done.
