How to send a survey from guest chat

  1. While in the Guest Chat tab

  2. Click Start Conversation

  3. Select Start Survey

  4. Create New survey or click + Use Survey Template

  5. Click Next at the top right

  6. Add guest(s) or upload csv/excel file of guest(s) details from your PMS/reservation system

  7. Click Next at the top right

  8. Click Send Survey or Schedule

9 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and while in Guest Chat click Start Conversation

2. Click Start Survey

3. Create Survey or use Survey Template

4. Click Next

5. Click Add Guest

6. Enter Guest Information

7. Click Next

8. Click Send Survey or Schedule

9. That's it. You're done.
