How to create a survey

  1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
  2. Select the Surveys section
  3. Click the Create New Template
    Create Survey Template
  4. Fill out Survey Details
    1. Survey Title - not seen by guest
    2. Question - text sent to guest starting interaction
    3. Answer Type
      1. Options - text based "yes" or "no"
      2. Range - number based 1-10
  5. For automated replies, scroll down to click Add Follow Up
    1. Set time to be delay (suggested 0)

    2. Type message or utilize message icons for additional services

      1. Templates

      2. Variables

      3. Widgets

      4. Google Translate

      5. Emojis

      6. Upload

      7. Upsell (Premium & Enterprise)

    3. Click Save
  6. Click Save

1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company

2. Click theSurveys section

3. Click Create New Template

4. Enter Survey Title

5. Enter Survey Message

6. Select Answer Type

7. Select option for Strict Mode (if needed)

8. Click Create

9. Click the pencil icon to edit the survey and add an auto-reply

10. Scroll down and click Add Follow-Up

11. Click Add Answer

12. Select Answer Options

13. Enter how many minutes you want to delay the message before the auto-reply is sent (Ex. 0)

14. Scroll down and Type your message...

15. Click Save

16. Scroll up and click Save

17. That's it. You're done.
