Surveys
Send a message to your guest(s) in the form of a question where the platform tracks the response. Automate specific responses based on the guest reply.
Created by admins, all user have access.

Create
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Surveys section
- Click the Create New Template
- Fill out Survey Details
- Survey Title - not seen by guest
- Question - text sent to guest starting interaction
- Answer Type
- Options - text based "yes" or "no"
- Range - number based 1-10
- For automated replies, scroll down to click Add Follow Up
- Set time to be delay (suggested 0)

- Click Save
- Click Save
Edit
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Surveys section
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the survey template you wish to edit
- Edit Survey Details
- Survey Title - not seen by guest
- Question - text sent to guest starting interaction
- Answer Type
- Options - text based "yes" or "no"
- Range - number based 1-10 [SELECTED IN EXAMPLE]
- For automated replies, scroll down to click Add Follow Up or edit saved auto responses
- Set time to be delay (suggested 0)
- Type message or utilize message icons for additional services

Click Start Conversation

Select Start Survey

Create New survey or click + Use Survey Template

Click Next at the top right

Add guest(s) or upload csv/excel file of guest(s) details from your PMS/reservation system

- Click Send Survey or Schedule
Automated:

Go to the Automation tab inside Whistle

Select Automated Messages

Click + New Automated Message

Create Title - not seen by guest

Select Recipients
- In-House (by Checked-in)
- In-House (by Arrival)
- In-House on Date
- Day before Arrival
- X Days before Arrival
- Arriving Today [SELECTED IN EXAMPLE]
- Day after Arrival (Stays longer than 1 day)
- X Days after Arrival
- Mid-Stay (Stays longer than 1 day)
- Day before Departure
- X Days before Departure
- Departing Today
- Day after Departure
- X Days after Departure
- INTEGRATION REQUIRED: PMS Reservation Created
- INTEGRATION REQUIRED: PMS Reservation Checked In
- INTEGRATION REQUIRED: PMS Reservation Checked Out

- Add Conditions (if any)
- Schedule when the message runs
- One-Time (scheduled)
- Repeating (automated) [SELECTED IN EXAMPLE]

- Select Send Time
- Chose automation type - Message Guest
- Choose if you want to enable Multi-Reservation Messaging (optional)
- Select Messaging Channel if you have any others enabled (eg. email, whatsapp)
- Click + Use Survey Template and select template
- Click Create
Reservations:

While in the Reservations tab

Search for guest
-
Select guest name
- Click Start Conversations
- Select Survey
- Create survey question or click + Use Survey Template
- Click Next at the top right
- Recipients will be displayed to confirm, click Next
- Click Send Survey or Schedule
Delete
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Surveys section
- Click the Red Trash Can next to the survey template you wish to remove
Analytics
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Surveys section
- Click the Analytics Icon next to the survey template you wish to review
