How to delete message escalation rules Heather Stanley November 08, 2022 20:40 Updated Go to the Company tab inside Whistle Select the Message Escalation section Click the Red Trash Can next to the escalation rule you wish to remove Click Confirm 5 STEPS 1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company 2. Click the Message Escalation section 3. Scroll down and select the trash can icon next to the rule you wish to delete 4. Click Confirm 5. That's it. You're done.
