1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company
2. Click the Message Escalation section
3. Scroll down and select the Escalation Rule you wish to update
4. Update Rule (in our example were adding an additional trigger)
5. Select a Trigger Type
6. Select Recipient
7. Click Save
8. Click Save
9. That's it. You're done.
