How to edit message escalation rules

  1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
  2. Select the Message Escalation section
  3. Click the Escalation Rule you wish to update

  4. Adjust Rule Settings
  5. Adjust Rule Triggers
  6. Click Save

    9 STEPS

    1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company

    2. Click the Message Escalation section

    3. Scroll down and select the Escalation Rule you wish to update

    4. Update Rule (in our example were adding an additional trigger)

    5. Select a Trigger Type

    6. Select Recipient

    Step 6 image

    7. Click Save

    8. Click Save

    9. That's it. You're done.
