How to add escalation stop words

Words that will not be escalated, if a message matches the stop word/phrase.

  1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
  2. Select the Message Escalation section
  3. At the top right of the page, click + Add Stop Words
  4. Enter custom Stop Words/Phrases
  5. Click Add
  6. Click Confirm to save

    7 STEPS

    1. The first step is to open Whistle Messaging and click Company

    4. Enter Word/Phrase

    5. Click Add

    6. Click Confirm

    7. That's it. You're done.
