How to export guest message history

  1. While in the Guest Chat tab

  2. Search for guest or select guest name in 'Open' folder

  3. Select 3 dot icon at the top of the page to view additional message settings

  4. Click Export Messages

  5. Print or Save
    PrintSave copy
