How to disable AI Auto-Reply to a guest

  1. While in the Guest Chat tab

  2. Search for guest or select guest name in 'Open' folder

  3. On the right in the guest profile under the guest name flip the switch to AI Auto-Reply
    AI Auto Reply
    1. Blue - Enabled
    2. Grey - Disable
