2. Select Settings section
3. Select Available section
4. Select availability Status
   1. Always Available
   2. Always Away
   3. Use Availability Schedule - Add Hours

1. Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

2. Select Settings section
3. Select Available section
4. Set Status to Use Availability Schedule
5. Add Hours
   1. Everyday
   2. Weekdays
   3. Weekends
   4. Sunday
   5. Monday
   6. Tuesday
   7. Wednesday
   8. Thursday
   9. Friday
   10. Saturday
       

Welcome Message

1. Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

2. Select Settings section
3. Select Available section
4. Click the Welcome Message section
5. Enter Message
6. Click Save 
   

Away Message

1. Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle

2. Select Settings section
3. Select Available section
4. Click the Away Message section
