How to insert a variable

  1. While in the Guest Chat tab

  2. Search for guest or select guest name in 'Open' folder

  3. While in an open message, select the Variable icon 
  4. Select Variable Type to add into message

    The variable will not immediately send, it will paste into the message box to be reviewed.
    • Company - Admin Created (ex: Check-In Time, Check-Out Time)
      Company Variable
    • Guest - Guest Data (ex: Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email)
      Guest Variable-1
    • Reservation - Guest Data (ex: Arrival Date, Departure Date, Room Number)
      REservation Variable Update
    • Commands - Admin Created (ex: Wifi, Shuttle)
       
    • Whistle - Admin Create/Enabled [Enterprise]
