How to upload an attachment

    1. While in the Guest Chat tab

    2. Search for guest or select guest name in 'Open' folder

    3. While in an open message, select the paperclip icon to attach a file to your message 
      Upload-1
      1.  Maximum File Size: 5MB
      2. Carrier Attachment Size Limits:
        1. AT&T - 0.675 MB
        2. Sprint - 1.4 MB
        3. T-mobile - 1.5 MB
        4. Verizon - 0.675 MB
      3. File Types:
        1. jpeg
        2. png
        3. gif
