How to post an internal note

  1. While in the Guest Chat tab

  2. Search for guest or select guest name in 'Open' folder

  3. While in an open message, above the message box select the Internal with the hidden eye icon  
  4. Enter Note
  5. Click Send 
    Internal Note Steps
    1. The note will be posted in the chat history where is can be viewed by other Whistle users (NOT SEEN BY GUEST)
    2. To notify a specific Whistle user, use the at sign '@' with the user email or display name
