How to utilize WeChat channel

Connect your WeChat account to receive WeChat messages and reply via Whistle.

Step 1: Enable Channel

1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
2. Select the Messaging Services section
3. Flip the switch next to the WeChat banner

Step 2: Add Account

4. In the WeChat section, click Edit Settings

5. Click + Bind Account

6. Scan QR Code to bind your official WeChat Account

Step 3: Receive Messages and Reply
